Data Manager
Description:
We are looking for a Data Manager to lead and inspire our team in the pursuit of excellence in Data Analytics projects. This leader will play an essential role in designing, building and testing data processing system architectures, preparing data for predictive and prescriptive modeling. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to build data pipelines, improve data reliability, efficiency and quality, and ensure strategic alignment of business requirements with the defined architecture.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Python, Spark/PySpark and AWS environment (Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
- AWS Certification.
- More than 4 years of experience in technical leadership, with an emphasis on Analytics, Big Data and Business Intelligence projects.
- Proven track record in leading teams in building robust data architectures.
- Hands-on experience in data modeling.
- Proven communication and leadership skills, facilitating effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
Desirable:
- Certification AWS Data Analytics – Specialty

Full Project Manager
Description:
We are looking for a Full Project Manager to strengthen our management team. The professional must be experienced and highly qualified, responsible for leading and coordinating medium complexity projects within the organization. This profile will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met in terms of scope, deadline, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Completed or Studying – Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or related field;
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in multidisciplinary environments;
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, Agile);
- Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning;
- Kick-off with the customer;
- Manage multifunctional teams, providing leadership and motivation;
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the project.
- Monitor the project's progress in relation to the initial plan, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain effective communication with the customer to understand and meet their expectations.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting progress, problems and solutions.
- Evaluate project performance upon completion, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and project management processes in the organization.
